久联Everlasting 水溶线 是同类产品中首款可溶性环保缝纫线之一，为解决服装回收难题而生。

当缝纫线溶解后，服装可被拆卸成片，拉链、纽扣和标签也可轻而易举地被拆除，以此促进废旧衣物回收和循环经济。

此外，在低于60°C的温度下洗涤，对衣服的质量或完整性没有影响。更重要的是，它符合缝纫线的质量标准，有利于熨烫。

     1.Can the PVA yarn be dissolved completely in 40 degree? 

No, 40 degrees in PVA yarn means 40 degree is a dissolved temperature, it is related with the temperature and time of dissolution, bath ratio and the PH range of water.

     2. How can we storage PVA yarn in the wet weather? 

It is not good for storage PVA yarn in wet weather, but our PVA yarn just can be dissolved with some amount of water , in addition , our outside cardboard packaging can absorb moisture and seal packing by the PE bags to ensure our PVA yarn can saved well in wet weather. 

     3, such as 20 degrees yarn will dissolve in 20 degree .Will it be dissolved if the temperature above 30 degree at now? 

PVA yarn can be dissolved only if all of the temperature, water and PH range are appropriated .Only under the circumstance of the high temperature ,the PVA yarn won’t be dissolved . We can storage the PVA yarn more then 2 years if you keep reasonable ventilation. 

The PVA yarn can be dissolved in water ,can it be dissolved in organic solutions as well? 

No ,the PVA yarn can’t be dissolved in organic solutions . 

    4. PVA yarn will be dissolved completely at last , why we still have to use it ? 

PVA yarns are commonly used in the key point, wrinkling and strand space because it can dissolved ,which will make the products more perfect . 

    5. What are the factors for you to think of when you choose the PVA yarn ? 注意事项

1.40度的水溶纱线就是在40度完全溶解吗？ 

不是的，40度水溶纱线中的40度是指的为名义溶解温度，溶解的温度与溶解时间

，浴比及水的PH值是有关系的。 

具体的溶解度与温度的曲线是： 

 2.水溶线见水溶解那潮湿的天气怎么办？ 

潮湿的天气的不利于水溶纱线的保存，但水溶线的溶解是需要溶济水达到一定量

才可以，另外我们的用的外包装纸箱有吸湿作用 ，并且每个线还有PE袋包着线

来保存好的。

 3.比如20度水溶线在20度溶解，那现在天气超过30度不是会溶解吗？ 

  水溶线的溶解需要温度，水，及PH值三者缺一不可，单独的高温是不会让水溶

线溶解的。我们在潮湿的广东，保持合理通风下 可以保存2年以上。

  4. 水溶线为什么溶于水会不会溶于油呢？ 

是不会的，水溶线不溶于纯的有机溶液之中

   5. 水溶线溶掉没有了，为什么还要有她呢？ 

正是因为能溶掉，所以常用于键接，起皱和缕空

   6. 选用水溶线经常要注意的问题是什么？
